Free home visit, no obligation
[NAAM] comes by in person, looks at the home with you and discusses what needs to be kept aside. If you cannot be there, the visit can also go ahead with a key through the notary or a neighbour.

A fixed price on paper, no surprises
You receive one clear, fixed price with everything included: the clearance, the disposal and the broom-clean handover. Then you decide in your own time. You are not committed to anything.

We clear, discreetly and with respect
We work according to the protocol below, in ordinary work clothes. Our van does not say what we do. The neighbours notice as little as possible.

Handed over broom-clean
All rooms swept, the last dirt gone. You get the key back to an empty home, with photographs if you cannot be there.
What happens to valuables and documents?
The question nobody likes to ask, we answer in advance and in writing.

Valuable items are set aside.
Money, jewellery and securities are handed to you in person, recorded and documented.

Documents and photographs are never thrown away.
Personal papers, paperwork and photo albums are collected in a separate box that we give to you.

Keys and identity documents are handed over.
To you, or by arrangement directly to the notary.

When in doubt, we call you first.
Nothing of possible value leaves the home without your approval.

Discreet, with respect for the neighbours
A clearance does not have to be a spectacle. We work calmly and tidily, leave nothing standing in the street for long and keep the neighbours in mind. Ordinary work clothes, and a van that does not say what we do.
Do you not live nearby?
No problem. The key can come through the notary or a neighbour, and you receive photographs at the start and at the handover. You do not need to be there at any point. Many of our agreements are made entirely by phone or on WhatsApp.
What happens to the belongings?
We clear the entire contents. You do not have to sort, carry or take anything to the recycling centre yourself. What is still usable, we take over; that is accounted for in the fixed price you receive on paper in advance. What is no longer usable is disposed of properly through the recycling centre or a licensed waste processor, according to Flemish rules. Valuables and documents always fall under the protocol above: we set them aside and give them to you.
What we do not take
- Material containing asbestos (corrugated sheets, pipe insulation)
- Chemical and small hazardous waste: paint, solvents, fuels, gas bottles
- Ammunition, weapons and medical waste
