A home that has to be empty and broom-clean for a sale, a rental or the end of a lease. One fixed price, one clear handover date.
The situation
An inherited home that is going up for sale, a rental that has to be empty by the end of the notice period, a building that has been full for years: an empty property costs money and holds everything up.
There is often a hard date attached: the deed at the notary, the check-in inspection, the first viewing. We plan towards it.
What we do
We empty the whole property, including cellar, garage, attic and garden shed, and hand it over broom-clean: ready for the photographer, the estate agent or the new occupant.
You receive one fixed price on paper and one handover date in advance. We take over the usable contents; the rest is disposed of properly through the recycling centre or a licensed waste processor.

What we do not do
- Material containing asbestos (corrugated sheets, pipe insulation): this needs a specialised company
- Chemical and small hazardous waste: paint, solvents, fuels, gas bottles
- Ammunition, weapons and medical waste
We never leave you alone with these: during the home visit we point you to the right channel.
Three tips before you start

Tell us the fixed date
Is there a fixed date, such as the deed, the inventory of fixtures or the first viewing? Tell us straight away and we will plan the handover around it.

Write down the meter readings
At the handover, take a photo of the water, gas and electricity meters. You need them for the supplier and for the buyer or tenant.

Have the post forwarded
An empty home still receives post. For a fee, bpost can forward it to another address.
