We do not work outside West Flanders. That keeps travel short, lets us come by quickly for the home visit and keeps the price predictable.
What we come across in West Flanders
On the coast, from Knokke to De Panne, it is often apartments. There we coordinate with the building manager, book the lift or bring a ladder lift, and take the busy rental changeovers in the season into account.
In the Westhoek and the countryside it is more often farmhouses, villas and large family homes with barns and outbuildings. Large volumes, which we estimate carefully at the home visit so that the fixed price is right.
In the town centres of Bruges, Kortrijk, Ostend, Roeselare and Ypres it is often terraced houses in narrow streets with little parking. We arrange that in advance, so the van can stand as close to the door as possible.
If you do not live in the area yourself: everything can be done at a distance, with the key through the notary or a neighbour.
