Clearing the home of a parent or a loved one, while you have so much else on your mind. We take over the practical side: calmly, discreetly and with clear agreements.
The situation
After a death the home often has to be empty sooner than you would like: the notice period of a rental is running, the sale is waiting, the notary needs clarity. At the same time, every object in that house is a memory.
We know that tension. That is why we work at your pace, with fixed agreements on paper, and with our protocol for everything of value.
What we do
We empty the whole home, from cellar to attic. Money, jewellery, documents and photographs are sorted according to our protocol: set aside, recorded and handed to you in person. When in doubt, we call you first.
You do not need to be there. The key can come through the notary or a neighbour, and you receive photographs when the home is ready. If you live further away or abroad, we arrange everything at a distance.
What is included
- Free home visit with no obligation, followed by a fixed price on paper
- Complete clearance from cellar to attic, including garage and garden shed
- Sorting according to our protocol for valuables and documents
- Proper disposal through the recycling centre or a licensed waste processor
- Handed over broom-clean: swept, empty and ready for the handover
What we do not do
- Material containing asbestos (corrugated sheets, pipe insulation): this needs a specialised company
- Chemical and small hazardous waste: paint, solvents, fuels, gas bottles
- Ammunition, weapons and medical waste
We never leave you alone with these: during the home visit we point you to the right channel.
Three tips before you start

Unsure about the inheritance?
Then do not remove anything yet and ask the notary for advice first. Taking or selling belongings can count as accepting the inheritance.

Decide together what stays
Let the heirs agree in advance on what they want to keep. Put those items in one room or mark them with a sticker.

Keep water and power on
Only cancel water and electricity after the handover. That way we can work smoothly, in the cellar and the attic too.
