Cleaning after the clearance
Handing over broom-clean is included as standard with every clearance. If you want more, you can choose the thorough final clean as an option.
The situation
An empty home is not yet a presentable home. What you need depends on what happens next: a sale, a rental, a check-in inspection or a key handover.
What we do
Included as standard: broom-clean. After every clearance we sweep all rooms and take away the last dirt. The home is empty, swept and ready for handover. You pay nothing extra for this: it is included in every fixed price.
Option: the thorough final clean. If you want more than broom-clean, with bathroom and kitchen cleaned, floors mopped and the windows cleaned on the inside, we discuss that final clean as a clearly named option during the home visit. You decide yourself whether to add it.

Option: the thorough final clean, with kitchen and bathroom cleaned, floors mopped and the windows done on the inside. Always named separately, and you decide.
What we do not do
- Cleaning of building sites or renovation waste
- Material containing asbestos (corrugated sheets, pipe insulation): this needs a specialised company
- Chemical and small hazardous waste: paint, solvents, fuels, gas bottles
- Ammunition, weapons and medical waste
We never leave you alone with these: during the home visit we point you to the right channel.
Three tips before you start

Have the inventory of fixtures ready
At the end of a lease, the landlord compares the home with the inventory of fixtures from the move-in. Have it ready, so you know which cleaning is needed.

Broom-clean or thorough?
For a sale, broom-clean is usually enough. A landlord or a new tenant often expects more.

Plan it just before the handover
Have the cleaning done as close to the key handover as possible. That way no new dust has settled when the new owner walks in.
